A freak winter storm hit the small California coastal town of Arcata, California. I was woken up by my friends excited, smiling faces screaming “It’s SNOWING!!!!!” So I grabbed my phone and we hit the Arcata Plaza to play in the snow. The next morning one of Humboldt County’s largest online news site, Lost Coast Outpost, reached out and featured my video as the main content in their article about the freak snow storm. Within one day the videos eclipsed 5,000 views.
